Girls Regional Talent Club (Age U6s to U16s)
Oxford United FC have been granted a license to run a Regional Talent Club Tier 1 for the season 2016/2017.
The Regional Talent Club develops teams at Under 6 (Future Stars), Under 8 (Future Stars), Under 10, Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16 levels.
The Regional Talent Club also continues it's pathway with our Advance Education Sixth Form and Oxford United Women's WSL providing opportunities for the girls to progress further. The RTC itself draws on the skills and experience of a variety of people from Oxford United including the coaching, medical, welfare and administrative staff.

Advance Education Sixth Form (Age Under 16s to Under 19s)
Oxford United Under 19's Female Academy provides talented young females with the chance to combine full time education with an elite football program which aids in player development and gaps the bridge between girls and ladies football.
The academic programme each student follows will help them acquire valuable knowledge and skills through A-Level, BTEC or vocational qualifications.
The Academy will also provide the most up to date, comprehensive and high quality training, along with the skills for those wishing to break into the sport industry. The benefits include:
• Daily coaching from UEFA & FA qualified coaches Full time individual player development plan Individual S&C program Video Analysis Performance Analysis League fixtures against local and national teams
As Students: Nationally recognized qualifications that can lead directly to employment or further study on University degree programmes
Experience and Qualifications gained at the Academy can also lead to opportunities in the following fields: Professional sports person Coaching Sports Therapy Fitness Industry Leisure Management Teaching Higher Education

Oxford United Development Squad compete in the FAWSL Development league Please Click for Fixtures & Results, We offer a continued pathway for our Centre of Excellence/RTC players to help bridge the gap between COE/RTC and First Team football which help’s further develop the girls in their footballing pathway.
The Training program is focused on long term player development through our syllabus, as well as developing a competitive environment as they take their first steps into Women’s football.
The club has an excellent record of producing players through the Centre of Excellence/RTC to Oxford United Development and first team.
